I didnt like the "iks" ending so i changed it to "eth". Also Divereth had only 7 hits in google before i started to use it and for me thats a sign of a good nickname ^^. ID should be unique. DrGreen is my old nickname and I just took it from Cypress Hill - Dr.Greenthumb song. Had full nick for some time then I shortened it a bit.

Been using this ever since and i still like it a lot And since jackal is a common username, i aways go for the 03, since 3 is my favorite number and i add a 0 next to it to make it stand more

I've used other names, the most common being Rook492, I think it was just something random that I picked when I was playing chess for like 2-3 hours everyday, but it's been so long that I don't remember anymore.

In some games the commentators would comment on "His probe is still dancing around his opponents base" and how well i could keep my units alive. I ended up creating two smurf accounts one of them DanceOfBlades and DanceOfStorm because of my zealot micro and psionic storm usage. When sc2 came out I chose the name 'Dance' because to me the game is more then just macro + attack click. It becomes a rhythm and a pace you set yourself to while executing little tiny micro tricks, and multi prong attacks to throw your opponent off balance.

When I used to play CFS2 back in the day, my favorite plane was the P38 Lightning and the leading Ace in that plane was Richard Bong with ~40 confirmed kills. I became 323rdAce in my squadron back then, then turned into 777thAce and eventually into 222ndAce. After my flightsim era, I went onto Empire Earth, Company of Heros, SC1/BW, Age of Empires series and I wanted to become a bit more against religion and have a darker name. So I added Demon to it From Wikipedia.org: demon or daemon, daimon; from Greek δαίμων daimôn,[1] is a supernatural being described as something that is not human and in ordinary usage malevolent. 34 was added on because it has been my baseball number since I was 6 years old and because I've always had numbers in my name since the beginning of my online gaming career.

Deleted User 101379 4849 Posts February 28 2011 12:03 GMT #1854 The story of my name is quite boring: I created a character on a Neverwinter Nights Server and couldn't think of a name, so i used the Random Name Generator on the character screen and after getting a few horrible names i got Morfildur Seltanoide, which sounded ok, so i took it. My alternate characters/smurf accounts always have the 'Morf' prefix, except in games where it's possible to use a surname. I think i have the most alternate characters in LotRO, where i have the dwarves Morfalin (like Balin), Morfgrimm (grimm sounded 'dwarvy' enough), the elves Morfuil, Morfthalion and Morflas (admit it, everyone had an elf with a similar name in some game...), the Hobbit Morfbrand (was a suggested suffix in the game) and of course my main Morfildur. I now take most of my names from the names i used in that game, so that my Terran and Protoss smurfs are now Morfalin and Morfgrimm

TheHolyChicken came about because it was the most ridiculous nick I could think of, originally for Worms Armageddon I think. I came to adopt this for every game I played....except for Blizz games where there's a 13-char name limit (GRRR!), which means my name would be either "TheHolyChicke" (which is rubbish) or "HolyChicken", which I didn't really like. So, for WoW, my main character had to be crafted a brand new name; an even more ridiculous name, and thus "Hairyspleen" was born. After a while I noticed that 90% of the time - presumably because my nick was too long - people would shorten it to either "Hairy" or "spleen" (almost always the former). So for SC2 I just rolled with it, and here I am!

Now that I think of it, Frantic would be more appropriate in most games lol I honestly thought I somehow got this name first, without realizing that Calm is a pro bw player. Lol. But afaik, he's not on TL or in SC2 yet, and I will gladly think of something else if he ever joins either.

I liked the sound to this name, but it was kinda long, so I shortened it to Husnan to make my WoW character, and I kept on going with it since then.
