My actual nickname that I use is Ecto, which is short for Ectomorph. My brothers were body-building for a while and in that scene they have specific names for body types.

As in:
Ectomorph - Slim / Long
Mesomorph - "Normal" / Muscular
Endomorph - "Fat"

When they were busy with that, they learned the names of those certain body types and from that moment I was known as Ecto.
But I call them Ecto (although their body type is more Meso) as well, so everytime we meet it's one big Ecto-fest.

PS:
Dizzlecto is just a different addition for when "Ecto" is taken.

Fakename I made for SC1 in '98. Reference is the capital of Burkina Faso, Ouagadougou, which I considered funny name for a city. I felt (even as 13-year old) that copying city's name was retarded, thus I switched it a bit.

I have always had stupid names dating back to when i started BW and Cs my first two real games

I think i was around 12 for BW so i started being Monkeypoo or something along those linee, then for CS i was SirDiesAlot (even though i was DAMN good at CS) As i got older i got into EQ so i made real names or names that sounded fantasy ish, then EQ turns into EQ2 then EQ 2 dies because wow is the devil and i go back to BW. Now i bring back my silly names, but i was no longer 12 so i went with DeathmanJim and then when SC2 came out i wanted to keep the same name, but only when i was good so i put in DeathmanBob to start out then my plan was to remake a account with Jim when i was good

Then blizzard decided that you cant make unlimited account anymore and i was stuck with deathmanbob Womp womp.... Ive grown to love it though

I picked this name way back in '98/'99 when i first started gaming online, specifically my Ultima Online days. Nothing really inspired the name, i just wanted something different/original. I remember just sitting there for like 15 minutes sounding out words until I liked something.

Since then i've used this name for countless games, and lately i've come across games where my name is already in-use, there were about 6 others on WoW using the name, i figure either they ran across me in another game and borrowed it, or some people just spelled Simian wrong.

Was a dude on the Genjuros server named Niyalord when I started to play Wow. He was a warrior and full vengefull and looked so awesame. Kinda looked up to him on my noob days of getting boosted by him, Then eventually, I stoole his ID =o

Way back when I was obsessed with Daggerfall (the prequel to Morrowind and Oblivion) and although I never encountered him in game The Underking just sounded bad-ass, and I've stuck to it since. Though I did use Sandro and Tiradates (stolen from Heroes 2 and Conan The Defender) for a bit as well.

Dad always called me Hoss, I came up with Hossinaut because it sounded bossly, so I stuck with it.
My NA account is CLSHossinaut in honor to my major- Classical Studies (rly should be CLST, but whatever), while I realized I prefer just Hossinaut <3 so I kept that for my EU account
