Amarr - best armor tankers, which is really useful in PvP. Good with lasers. PvE is a bit harder with them though.
Caldari - great shield tankers, good with missiles. Apparently the best race to PvE with. Also, i think they have the best e-war ships.
Gallente - I think they mostly shield tank, not sure though. Best droneboats in the game. Weapon of choice - blasters.
Minmatar - They have some really fast ships, use autocannons and artillery if i remember correctly.

remember that you can learn to use all ships with all races 
Race/bloodline doesn't matter now at all i think, since you can reset your attributes.
Its just starting place, and some starting standings, and of course looks.
Oh, and you start with like *race* frigate lvl 2 or something

You can now rearrange attributes so bloodlines and stuff doesn't matter at all really.

I'll join. I got a char with like 2.5 mill exp cause i played for a few months a while ago. But i can't log on until the 4th because i used all my bandwidth d/ling the patch.
I don't have a ship, i gave my ship and isk to my friend before i left.

my friend will probably join to. Hes not from TL but is corp less right now. He is pretty rich. Navy issuse BSes etc...

Have a request. Seeing how our entire Corp mail was deleted due to the server downtime is it possible someone has a link to race basic reqs for the fleet and the defensive fleet reqs that Rev wrote up before the wipe?

Played the beta and the retail game at its release back in.. What was it, -03?
I played it for 2 years, then passed my account on to a friend.
The char's name is Isenheart. The dude playing is doing military service atm though, but he claims it's one of the oldest accounts still active.

I guess what I really wanted to/should say is that I'm a huge fan of EVE online and it's loads and loads of fun and I reminisce in nostalgia about the game a lot.
Problem is it's realllly addictive (like all MMOs I suppose) and should only be engaged by someone who's not... well.. engaged.
TL fighting in EVE universe though! Make us proud!
