Theres a sizable difference between a ship being tier 3 and Tech 3.

you're not quite getting the distinction between tech3 and tier3
strategic cruisers (tengu etc) are tech3
there are tier 3 battleships, hyperion rokh abaddon maelstrom
the new ships are going to be tier 3 battlecruisers, not tech 3

Want to loan 30b, short notice, hopefully flippable within 2-3 weeks, 1% weekly uncollateralised. I repaid 50b of debt in the last week for those worrying about my liquidity etc. This is just normal cash flow rather than further expansion of debt.

I'm using the isk to build gold mines made out of gold. If operations grind to a halt then I'm just left with an awful lot of gold, if shit keeps going then I have all the gold plus more coming out of the mines. I have virtually zero expenses (drake life).

So I signed up on eve as radrel dunhaven. any chance of me joining the corp?
I also have a large and epic plan for my life on eve. I'll run a small but profitable mining operation (by that I mean just me mining all the time) and eventually work my way up to a decent profit selling large amount of raw minerals. in doing that accuire a large ship in which I can mine for a long time without having to go back and forth. eventually becoming very powerful and owning the largest ship in the world!!!! muhahahaha
then using it to mine more.
