CCP found my name offensive. And yah it is. What pisses me off is that i petioned myself 1/2 a dozen times after i realized i wanted to go past trial. One petion is from march 08' It just really irratates me that they ignored my own pets so long and now after i built that char up they do it. It was probably one of the 20 people i killed yesterday and they thought it would be funny to do.. Whatever Rosa | ||

Don't take it personally, they obviously put all self name-change petitions in a big pile and ignore them, they probably get so many crap ones. It'd be a shame to throw away all the time you've spent on Rosa because the petition people are incompetent. But lets face it, people are incompetent like that in everything. Why was your name offensive btw? Does "RosaParks" have any special connotation in English I'm unaware of? Edit : Ok never mind the last part, I just googled Rosa Parks. | ||

You're better off not going to join the pvp people right away. Take some time carebearing and learn about what skills to train, how to fly ships, how to fit ships, and what the game is like. Most of this thread comes from an aged player's perspective and doesn't do much to help somebody who is starting out. most of the "aged players" you speak of were in the exact same position at the beggining of the year, we were all total newbies in a corporation of older players as always all the newbies needed to do to get help and company is to be sociable in our public channel, and obv ask questions.anyway, the total newbs have absolutely no obligation to the corp, we're letting them in mostly cause we train them more easily that way, and also so that they have more fun. unrelated to that, what happened to nataziel, you here mate? | ||
