I tried Eve last year for 21 days but didn't really have any friends to play with so I didn't continue playing after my trial was over. But now that I saw tlnet having their own corp I got excited and downloaded the 14 day trial again. I've been in scbw channel for couple of days (as Marc Trolo) and I think I could give the game a go  So I assume that I would now need to hook up with someone for the 21 day trial, aswell as that mentoring stuff you guys are providing (which is freaking awesome if you ask me) ? One problem I have though, which is that I'm going to be busy with uni exams for the next 1,5 weeks so I wont be able to play hours upon hours before the exams are over. So my question is that should I still try to get my hands on the 21 day trial now, buy some skill books and just let the training roll while reading real life stuff (guess I could do some mining aswell) ... OR should I just get back to you after 2 weeks or something. | ||

It might be a bit hard to train if you have no idea what you want to do though, but that is for your mentor to help you with. | ||

My main goal is to get involved in PvP as soon as possible, as that is the part of the game that excites me the most. I have exams this week, so I think I will just use that time to get a head start on skill training. I'm assuming specializing to fly a Rifter would help me get into PvP fast, so could someone help me plan out my skills? | ||
