Most people in EVE would be better measured using the Rudazara scale. The higher-ups are more appropriately measured in millipellegrinos (mpg). | ||

Certificate tooltips have been updated to display accurate description on what they are actually doing. Who would have thought of doing that from when they first introduced certificates to the game? GG | ||
