The BPC market doesn't have the volume to make this happen for a number of reasons (at least not for this ship size). Most people plan their own invention runs - especially once they are building ships - plus the contracting mechanics makes it difficult for price discovery to happen fast. | ||

The neuts also wouldn't be bonused. You do get jam cycles instead, though neuting is more reliable depending your target ship. (hybrid/laser boat is best target) | ||
