Just to let you know, heavy drones are still slow as all hell; several cruisers are now faster than some frigates. Everything is faster.

I think I'll stick to shield battery for now, the skills from 1,5 years ago and a day or two of training could probably put me into a decent tacklefrigate already, but I want to be able to do lvl 4s first so I can stop ninjaplexing in fw and have a more reliable and easy way to make ze monies.
Expect my application soon...ish!

I miss the old 7.5% RoF bonus on the Navy Omen.
Fast firing lasers made a lot of fun noise and flashy lights.
Why T2 rigs though?

Why not? No stacking penalties anywhere, and last I checked(quite a while ago I admit) locus rigs weren't exactly the biggest seller.

Hmm 15mil for that T2 rig according to EVE Market.
Rig prices have changed since I last played (which has been a while).
Thought it was closer to 50mil or so.
