I've found this build in particular to be interesting, will take me 8 days to train for this fit: Kitsune Would this be useful or do you have any other advise for what I should plan for the month or maybe more. (I know you don't know my exact skills, but I can fly a t2 fitted buzzard and almost a t2 fitted drake). | ||

also kitsune costs much more, isn't as insurable, has 1 less rig slot and 1 less mid slot. also it has a pathethic lock range, so you either have to have 1 less jammer so you can fit a sensor booster, or just lose the advantage of it's range bonus. it will also get 1 or 2 shot KO-ed by most of the things that can reach it at that range. getting alphaed kinda negates the shorter align time, and youre gonna be already aligned to something anyway in a bb pretty much all the time, so align time plays no part in your survivability. in that environment the blackbirds superior EHP counts way more than agility (it easily gets 10k ehp with just one LSE, without tanking rigs or low slot tank mods, so it's not exactly paperthin). blackbird pretty much has everything going for it over a kitsune. | ||

Vil, although stats wise Meta2 MWD's > T2 (most of the time), they are more expensive. Using T2/meta MWD's is only worth it if you need cap bad (e.g. A drake doesn't need a T2 because it doesn't have cap problems). | ||

They are no longer more expensive, they cost you like 100k EAFs suck dick but an 80km locking frigate that jams well enough out to that range (with rigs) isn't THAT terrible... I mean it could be worse. A few of them buzzing around could get really annoying. obviously you should just get falcon/rook but the BB is just as paper thin as the Kitsune with slightly more jamming strength. Yes itll cost him isk but if he wants to fly one instead of a BB but I don't see why that's so terrible if thats what he really wants. You'll die in both, alot. Just prepared to shell out isk when you fly the Kitsune. BB is slower. If you really want to fly an Ewar ship work toward Falcon/Scorp | ||

I've never seen a single EAF in battle yet that lasted more than 10 seconds, because the decent pilots will be smart enough to lock you once, set their drones on you, and forget about you if they don't feel like trying to alpha you right there. Be a pro and train for all 4 recon ships like me! Than the FCs will love you for all roams! | ||
