No one in Hatchery pays for the game any more. You technically do have to be logged in to use a PLEX but EVE offers a feature where you can activate your unsubbed account for 4 hours during which you're supposed to activate a PLEX. If you misuse the feature then it becomes disabled for you. Quite nifty. | ||

No one in Hatchery pays for the game any more. You technically do have to be logged in to use a PLEX but EVE offers a feature where you can activate your unsubbed account for 4 hours during which you're supposed to activate a PLEX. If you misuse the feature then it becomes disabled for you. Quite nifty. If not for whatever reason, no big deal. | ||

Why we mentor There is a buddy invite system in eve in which you get a 21 day free trial (instead of the usual 14) and if you subscribe the guy who invites you gets a free months game time. We use this system to hook up brand new players with an experienced player who has an incentive to make the new guy have fun and subscribe. It's a win win situation. You'll get at least 7 days more free game time, some money for skillbooks, some help earning money (such as access to salvage), some basic ships, Hatchery membership and a lump sum payment (generally 200,000,000+) upon subscribing. Apparently you're using a different variation or something, I'm not going to ask more and just do it once I get EVE installed again. | ||
