Rofl I always find it strange when people seem to be under the impression that an alliance exists to generate income. Once you started to actually figure the required assets for even some one like test, the ROI on even just the minimum required infrastructure to make a region somewhat capable of moving a fleet through is absurd. I'm of the general opinion that sov alliances should embrace deficit spending and learn to float bonds. | ||

To be honest TEST is probably pretty grateful for any cash right now, Goons lent them 80bn to reimburse the massive beating they took holding 49-U6U, and I think another 150 ish bn since then to keep them afloat. They don't appear to be generating enough income to sustain their current position. | ||

While eve alliance accounting is always fuzzy, the logical explanation is that they're doing the right thing at the moment. They're incurring debt all over the place from goons to private members to install the much needed infrastructure inside their borders. Getting their mining towers and reaction towers online and in motion, with the necessary infrastructure to allow them to ship, will go a long ways to fixing their budget over the next couple months. They'll run a deficit for a long time getting this underway. Arguably anytime they run a surplus then that would be the time to invade some one. | ||

Fine gentlemen of the Hatchery. I can no longer justify subbing my account whilst idling in stations. It was my hope I would blossom into a decent pilot at some later point, but life and other interests have never let me pursue those urges. Long story short, I would like to offer my characters to the Hatchery to repay the kindness that was shown to me from the start. Whether or not they are usable / sell-able / not retarded I cannot tell you. Cene Za - Frig skills and the likes (started and trained since 2011/02/22) Soul Za - Tengu - ish + free tengu  (started and trained since 2011/05/06)Cavradyne - Probing alt / bomber (started and trained since 2011/05/06) Note: these are 3 separate accounts, trained simultaneously. Please let me know if any of these are of interest and I will gladly hand over the credentials. I will be stopping now, but theres 7 days on the first account, and a month on the others, so there's a bit of time. I wasn't sure if I should post the API keys on the public forums, even if they are limited. Of course I will be lurking in this thread as per normal, even after I cannot actually play.
