Been stopping by the thread from time to time, hang out in the Eve channel under the name Gali being shy cause I'm green on most subjects and figured I should at least say hi before I feel anymore like a stalker.
I've only clocked about three months now in eve and am more of an industrialist that flies around Domain empire space. I know you guys are all about the PvP and I'd like to branch into that part of eve at some point, gain some experience in null if given the opportunity. Not to mention there are no gamers like TL gamers, would be proud to fly for them.
So how should I go about getting involved? Does the corp have empty roles that I could learn to fill?

Come to think of it, if Haargoth hadn't done what he did, I definitely wouldn't have started playing EVE. I think that goes for pretty much all of the people who started in Spring 2008.

you're right, i know i wouldnt play it if it wasnt for that (and the metagaming thread). it just wasnt spring 2008 when haargoth pulled the plug (and we started playing), but february 2009 :p

Yeah man, I can't fly a vulture for at least 2 more weeks. What are we going to do with 17 hulls?

Absolutely!
We are a PvP focused corp but we have room for other roles as well. Currently we don't have any specialized industrial pilots. We could use one as long as you think you can at least fit a proper tackling frigate.
Don't expect a whole lot of opportunities to expand your profession but if you have initiative and propose some good ops to make ISK using your industrial skills we can take that into consideration and make it happen along the road.
Now our main focus is PvP so should should have at least some interest in getting involved in fights and operations. An important thing to note is that Empire space stops being safe once we get into wars (like we currently are) so you will have to adapt to that and get involved in the war so you can resume your usual play as soon as possible.
Feel free to apply and you are damn right about TL gamers.

I'm over joyed to hear it and I hope to join your fleets shortly. Decided to make a new character (Tierra Fly) so that I may be the best of use in battle, but still keeping my Industrial plans on track, which ofc I'd love to help the corp in anyway I can.
I know every ship counts, big or small but I hope my lack of skills for the next little bit isn't to much of a Hinder not to mention my nubness to Eve itself.

Our wt's just decided to camp in Jayme's pest with 3 drakes, a dominix, and a vigil. They demanded a 1b ransom. This is clearly unacceptable, so we formed a fleet and waited for kwaark to train torpedoes. 30 long minutes later, he could fly a torp raven (albeit poorly, who the fuck was in charge of skilling apt anyway) and we were good to go. In addition to our noble king's battleship, we had a (pve fitted) sleipnir, a blackbird, a nanopest,a ranis, a t1 fitted rifter, a neutral osprey, and a neutral scimi 4 jumps out. This proved to be massive overkill. I bought a crappy synth booster in station and undocked in the sleip. Like the well-trained opponents they are, our wt's were happy to agress, and we dropped our fleet on them. The osprey proved more than enough to easily rep their dps. I think I ran my local booster about twice. We handily killed their domi and the close drakes, then burned off to get a straggler off station. While we were doing this, one of the drake pilots undocked in a vigil and started trying to kill RL3's osprey. I dunno what he was thinking. Ownage's ranis killed him rather quickly.
Our kills in the engagement: 3 drake 1 domi 1 crucifier 1 vigil
Losses: lol
