If you had the beta client and the game downloaded then, it will still work now, the game will patch itself on the login page.
As for the online purchase, I am not sure, hopefully the official forums will be online soon (bit of a scandal that their main website is down for maintainance on the day of release!)

And do you really have to purchase 60 day playtime before you can use the 30 days that come wtih the game? If that's so then that's so fucking fucked up -_-. I don't have a CreditCard and you can't use paypal for pre-paid stuff. What a disgrace... my interest in this game is really dropping already. EA is really fucking it up for me.
And I still can't purchase the game to start with, hurray.

you don't have to buy 60days to use the 30days which come with the game. I purchased the game online für 54,99€ and have 30 days playtime included which i am currently using.

The Bioware forum is full of people who don't know wtf they're on about, but complaining anyway. I would take any whining post in there with a pinch of salt.
The only current issues that are even an issue are queues, and no DC grace period. Queues are easily solved by new players or current ones with no attachments to their server, they roll one of the many light load servers. Those of us in sizeable guilds who were assigned our server and have multiple 50s are a bit more stuck.

i even set up Teamviewer at home, so that i start the queue 2 hours before i get back from work..... anything else does not work since there are 1h30m+ queues in the evening, hopefulyl they get some more hardware in there.
Anything else is fine for me at the moment. Besides that i dont know if i wanna choose heal again, but i loved it in 6y wow... ill try it out i guess since rerolling in swtor seems to go really fast atm.

Haha, i had to buy off of one of the dodgy game websites because they buy all of origins stock and then sell them (cheaper?). I sat there sad faced for about 3 hours waiting for stock on origin before i realised.

i, just wanted to say you NEED a subscription in 2 days, of any kind. If you cant use the 3 ways they provide you that uses your bank account, then you HAVE to buy a timecard. The 30 days free only get activated when you set up an subscription. They are not billing you, you just need to proof that you can set one up.
Every mmo does it this way.

is the old kotor games 1 and 2 available for buy , prefer information on the first since i want to play something and everyone has said that the kotor games are good. i know this si talking about the mmorpg but is there anywhere i can buy the old games (talknig about stores since i cant use ebay )
edit: since i should add something about the kotor series , i havn't played it but i personally hate mmorpgs -_- wow and eve are probably the only ones even worth playing that and i liked perfect world :D.
but if its pay to play like every other rpg i would stay away from it. Not only would it ruin your experience of an amazing series but it probably will just piss you off

Kotor 1 is available on steam. When I was looking for Kotor 2 I could not find any legal sources and in the end had to torrent it.
