Matt Cassel probably gonna the starter now. They're bringing in Chris Simms to see if he could play for them, but it's most likely Cassel. The Super Bowl Curse lives on BITCHES (that is, if the Patriots don't make the play-offs, which I don't think they will without Brady right now..)

Yay! Bears win! I was not expecting that. Yeah...and Patriot's Superbowl return is looking grim.

And I agree, Patriots should consider someone like Culpepper who went into "retirement". Put him behind that O-Line and I guarantee he'll do much better than Matt Cassel, who blows. Plus Culpepper + Moss all over again could be pretty damn sick again.

I am not a Patriots/Brady fan, but it hurts to see the face of NFL (reigning MVP) and his franchise go down like that.

If anybody can do Tom Brady's job, Matt Cassell will show that a) he's brady material or b) anybody can rocket passes behind the #1 offensive line in the NFL.

Call me cruel, but it seriously makes me giggle to know that they will have a shitty season. And their franchise won't be hurt, they'll just come back again next year.
