I hear NYS gun control laws are the strongest in the USA too. If the DA wants to make a example out of him ,and take it to trial Plex will be looking at 1 year in jail min. As thats the mandatory sentencing guidelines for carrying a concealed weapon. He can also be charged with reckless endangerment as a Felony, Since the discharge occurred in a crowded night club where others could have been killed. Plex better pray the DA will let him plea to lesser charges, or he maybe bunking with Vick. WTF is going on with NFL players and the law lately.

Still this team is pretty good. The only way to beat them is too try what the Redskins did yesterday. Stack the box and stuff the run. Then just cross your fingures and hope Eli sucks that day.The New York Giants are the best football team I have ever seen. I cannot think of a team that was more complete than them. I can't include some of the really great teams in this, like the 49'ers dynasty, or the 85 Bears, but this Giants team is just unreal. They can pass, they can run, and their defense is damn near impenetrable. I hate that they're this good, but I've seriously never seen a better team. It's not even close as to who the best team in the league is right now, and I really don't see how any team could upset them in the playoffs, unless the old Eli shows up.
