TB has good defense but NOTHING that can hold Brandon Marshall. Believe it. As for their defense - it's overrated. Seriously. they don't have to stop the offense, they just have to slow it down. There is no way that Denver is going to be the highest scoring team ever, which is what they are on pace for. They're averaging 38 PPG. The Patriots averaged 36.7 last year, and I just don't see Denver being able to outscore last year's Patriots. Then again, if the Broncos can put up near 30 on Tampa, there's no way Tampa is going to keep up. Jacksonville is the only team on the schedule this year that kind of scares me. If they have a day like they did against Indy last week (Taylor/MJD going 100+ yds each) then the Broncos will probably lose.

It looks like no position is safe in Cleveland, where coach Romeo Crennel said he hasn’t determined whether he will replace starting quarterback Derek Anderson with backup Brady Quinn for the 0-3 Browns. The Browns struggled in a 28-10 loss to the Ravens on Sunday, and the ramifications could soon follow. Crennel faced a number of questions about possible changes during his Monday press conference, including whether it was time for a change at quarterback. Crennel was diplomatic in his responses, saying deficiencies throughout the offense are affecting Anderson’s performance, but didn’t deny the Browns will make sure Quinn is ready to play. “I think we have to look at all positions,” said Crennel. “I think we’ll definitely try to get the other guy ready to go, and we’ll see how he progresses from there.” Crennel said Quinn would get more reps in practice this week, and when asked if he could be the starter against Cincy on Sunday, said “That determination hasn’t been made yet.” Crennel said he was hesitant to pull Anderson — who gets all of the reps in practice — against the Ravens, because he still gave the Browns the best chance to win. Anderson, who was 14-of-37 passing for 125 yards with a touchdown and three interceptions in the loss, has completed 45.8 percent of his passes this season with two touchdowns and five interceptions.

As for the Seahawks, thank god for the early bye week. I believe a couple starters will be coming back for the game against the Giants. They will still most likely lose, but it is at least nice to get a little healthier. New Orleans vs San Francisco Cincinnati vs Cleveland Tampa Bay vs Green Bay Carolina vs Atlanta Tennessee vs Minnesota Jacksonville vs Houston Denver vs Kansas City Oakland vs San Diego Buffalo vs St. Louis Dallas vs Washington Chicago vs Philadelphia Pittsburgh vs Baltimore NYJ vs Arizona

Cincinnati vs Cleveland (Anderson is playing way too poorly this year. He's the new Rex.) Tampa Bay vs Green Bay Carolina vs Atlanta (I'm going out on a limb with this one) Tennessee vs Minnesota Jacksonville vs Houston Denver vs Kansas City Oakland vs San Diego Buffalo vs St. Louis Dallas vs Washington Chicago vs Philadelphia Pittsburgh vs Baltimore NYJ vs Arizona _______________ The Jets OLine just didn't play up to the amount they're getting paid. Favre was sacked at least three times, and none of them were really because he took too long to throw. Especially the play after the long Jericho Cotchery catch (or was it Coles? I don't know who had it), and they ended up settling for a FG. That sack should never have happened, at least not that quickly. Either way, there was some obvious miscommunication between Favre and the receivers. That needs to be worked on a lot if they want to start winning games, which is what number four was brought in to do. The Chargers looked good on offense again, but their defense left something to be desired. They gave up a few big plays, and if they want to continue to win they need to really limit those. Their special teams unit was absolutely pathetic tonight. And what about that first two point conversion attempt? The one that took like six years. What kind of moron calls a pass play when you have to move the ball less than a foot? That was, perhaps, the worst play call I have ever seen. The commentating crew was far more tolerable this week than they were last week.

A lot of teams have more confidence in passing for the first down on short yardage then running so I wasn't surprised with the 2-point conversion. It worked for Denver against the Chargers.

I think you're going to be really hard pressed to find a team that will pass the ball over QB sneaking when you have to move it less than a foot. They had nine inches to move the ball, and they passed.

I mean, I understand Coles is overrated as hell and need the ball to basically get stuck in his facemask to make a catch, but Cotcherry is pretty good and Stuckey ain't half bad. Change it up a bit.

B marsh is like a baby to which can play like moss Cutler has a stronger arm then brady and hes fearless Eddie Royal is like a quick little rat... kind of like welker and Stok is probably the best slot reciever in the game now the reason I think they are throwing up so many points is they took the Pats spread offense after watching so much tape on it and kind of incorporated it into their gameplan thats why your seeing a hell of a lot of spread offense but its working so I'm like yeah ![]() its like like they are putting 38 points a game up on scrubs.. Oakland has a top 3 seconday... the Chargers are still an amazing defense... and the saints well... they are underrated ![]() I think we'll be 4-1 with our first loss coming to the Jags unless we can learn to stop the run ![]()

They give up way too many big plays. Oakland's defense is pretty good, but they're overrated. The Chargers D is good, but they don't generate the same pass D as they did with Merriman--they aren't really a top tier defense this year. The thing is, the Broncos don't actually face a top tier defense at all this year. The closest thing they have to it is Buffalo, and that's in week 16, and by then, who knows how well they'll be playing (either team, really). There are only two teams that they may not be able to steam roll like they have, and they were already mentioned. Atlanta is going to be a tough game too, with Turner running like he has against bad rush defenses. And Matt Ryan is looking like a stud this year (for a rookie, anyway, his stats aren't all that impressive, but he makes really good plays for a guy who just came into the league). They should go 13-3, maybe 12-4 this year. If they learn how to make just a couple of stops a game, and hold the other team to like 20 points, then they might go all the way this year. That defense really needs to shore up the weak spots. I would be seriously considering some personnel adjustments if I were Shannahan.

I got gore, maroney, Michael Bush, Ronnie Brown (he single handedly won last week for me lol), and Duece. Maroney makes me wanna kill him.
