149.99 for game + stick is awesome. However -60 for the game and you have a 90 dollar stick, so maybe its a bit much to be hoping for sanwa parts. Also the fact its wireless makes it  but it does look pretty. I'm going to hold off my reserve until specs come out. | ||

As for Gootecks, I don't think he did terribly, except for those 2 sets against watson where he was basically getting lolsagat fireball time for 4 straight rounds. His other loss was to the person he put at second in the US, and in a matchup that's also somewhat stupid. That said, he needs to pull out some GIMMICKSSSSS or throw out some Keno reaction time ultras against sagat's zoning. | ||

like wtf EVERYONE is hating on gootecks like he shot a 10 preschoolers and drank their blood. man i fucking love gootecks.... if it wasnt for him i prolly wouldnt be playign balrog. and yea rog/honda is kinda a weird matchup IMO. but his play vs sagat was like me where u get hit with a combo dash and eat a knee/ex FB. w/e i still support him in whatever he does edit: when i said gootecks haters i was referring specifically to the chatrooms of the stream and the srk forums. everytime gootecks didnt get an aegis mixup room was screaming "rofl thats what u fucking get gootecks". double edit: FYI anyone planning on gettign blazblue put a reserve on it NOW. i did yesterday and if u reserve it u get the limited edition versions. comes with artbook, soundtrack (i think of both GG and BB), a strategy guide, etc. | ||

Idiot bandwagon. If you look closely at the names of the people doing the hating, they're nobodies. I think it started during the SBO quals stream, when Gootecks was commenting some matches with a large bias towards a team of his friends when their opponents were some random people who were the underdogs in the match. So people pointed it out in #capcom, and things kind of took off from there. Occasionally during that stream, you'd see a known player saying something like "lol ragetecks". But it's just a joke: most of these guys know each other and they joke around like anyone else. But then all the dumb people in the chat see it and think it's suddenly cool to hate on Gootecks -- even though it's not hate at all. So they all start saying "failtecks" and stuff too. At one point during the Devastation stream, someone in #capcom asked "why all the hate for Gootecks?" and someone (maybe MrWizard?) said they were just idiots or something. Then the hating stopped, lol. Another fine example of the average maturity of these guys was during the SBO quals when Slasher got one of the girls to take his seat and she started looking at the chat in IRC. On one hand, you had Marn who was actually funny when he was hitting on her (I quoted him earlier in this topic ). And then you had at least a dozen other guys trying to be funny, saying stupid shit like "I HAVE A BIG PENIS!" Eventually they turned on +m. =P | ||
