i don't know what rules we have in our IHs anymore (as clearly the previous set of rules we came up with is ignored now) aside from 'have fun' and random rules that are sometimes enforced and sometimes not, seemingly arbitrary and not even related to who's hosting (read: no bd, no viper, 1v5'ing heen, etc)

After minimizing GGC I don't think I heard jack. If that helps. (I always keep in minimized into my system tray, so that might be why I didn't notice anything until Shinbi mentioned it).
