I want a new game. Got some $$$ for graduation (125$). Already bought tony hawk underground 2 remix for 20 bucks. So I have about a 100 left.
Games I own:
GTA: Liberty City Stories GTA: Vice City Stories MGS: Portable Ops Metal Slug Anthology Above mentioned Tony Hawk Sega Classics Collection The Warriors Pirates! Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition Killzone liberation Loco Roco WWE Smackdown v Raw 2007 Mega Man Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth Gun Showdown Powerstone Collection
+ one more I think I'm forgetting...
Yes I realize that's a lot of PSP games. My PSP is my favorite (and only) system. It rox. I realize that helping me choose another might be tough, but whatever.

Umm I like puzzle games, so I bought Lumines. It's a decent game to play; if you like Tetris, you'll like this extra twist
You should also buy WTF, which is short for Work Time Play (I've never played it, but it got decent reviews, IIRC)
|
I can't believe you have a PSP without playing Pro Evolution Soccer uhmm, just saw you post, you probably don't like sports game much =p
|
|
With all the money u spent on those games u could have bough like 10 gig worth of memory sticks, probably more, another psp and modified them all to play downloaded psp games from the net.
|
I heard about this game called Crush, where you walk around in a 3D world and you can turn it 2D. It's a weird puzzle game, but the concept is really cool.
|
|
ok u have way too many psp games for starter
portable ops is the only game u need D :

Lumines is really really good puzzle game. It has the highest average review score of any PSP game.
To second another game, Me and my Katamari may be a fun game worth looking at, although as far as I know not playing it, it's supposedly not really the best Katamari installment (they're pretty much identical though).
The Final Fantasy Tactics remake is coming out in October in the states. FFT really isn't as good as many claim, but it's a high-profile tactical RPG that had good effort put into it.
If you're looking for RPGs, then you might want to grab a couple ports. There are Tales of Eternia (ToD2) and Breath of Fire III ports out, both of which suffer a little bit from loading times...and both ports were never released in the US. However, the PSP is region free and the released EU versions obviously have the English language in them. The Tales game is, well, a Tales game, and BoF3, while not beloved or hated by reviewers, is what I consider a top 3 traditional-style turn-based RPG.
Also, there's a port of Riviera--an okayish almost good GBA RPG--coming out in a couple of months. And in the far future, full remakes with comprehensive voice acting were just announced for Star Ocean 1 and 2.

Afaik they were just announced at some kind of Square-Enix promotional event in Japan like less than a week ago. The Japanese voice actors leaked that they hadn't even started recording yet. It'll be a while before a Japanese release date is announced.
|
Huh? I'm just saying that star ocean 1 for ps1 in America was actually 2, and the new one of ps2 is 3, but if they are releasing 1 in America... WOOT.

Screw him, but games I recommend again are.
Tekken DR - Really fun, and playing with friends with is even better. Madden 07 - If you're a football fan (Or wait 3-5 month for 08) DJ Max Portable 2 - Someone recommended to me and it's really fun. You have megaman but which one? I liked the maverick Hunter Medal of Honor Heroes - Best FPS game for PSP available right now imo, control are easy and nicely done.
P.S - Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters and Loco Roco fun?
|
Loco Roco is: -´Not very "cool" (as in Tekken is cool because they fight and stuff) - Kinda simple graphics. - Easy to control, what is it? 3 buttons? - May look like a child game. - Wonderful in every way! - My favourite PSP-game.

R&C: Size Matters:
Great graphics. While controlling Ratchet, the graphics aren't quite as good as the newest PS2 R&C games, but close. And the Huge Clank space graphics are as good or better.
Fun gameplay, 30 weapons, several suits of armor which give you different power (fire suit fire wrench, explosion suit explosive blasts, etc), quick clean action. But short and easy. Beating it the first time will probably take 15 hours, but I replayed it several times (there's new weapons and suits and whatever), and I easily was able to run through the game twice in day.
Overall, good game. Worth buying in my opinion.

One suggestion: if u haven't bought untill now the game you should do it RIGHT NOW cause this game rocks too hard :
Dj Max Portable Dj Max Portable 2
I have the psp for more than a month now and I can't just stop playing. It's so addictive. And the music is fun too.

There's an 8 GB at least: wiki article.
|
i'm not sure how well the 8 bit is compatible.
i know the 4 gig works though.(thats ALOT of space)

You ever thought about hacking your psp and play copied games? Could save you lots of money..
|
isnt that what has been suggested here? ^

Ooh, good choices here. I'd get frustrated over Prince of Persia though, seen my friend play it a lot.
Oh yeah, totally do the hack since you can afford a 4gb memory card now and have cash to spare.
