damn it i thought my chances were good after using 40 orbs to summon from this banner, got nothing but 3 stars and a couple of 4 stars, so i just got 20orbs was thinking since i already used 40 this banner i might as well commit another 20 because i have a higher chance, on the first blue i open it loads up the cinematic scene for Mrobin! wonderful i think that i dont have a good blue mage yet and finally a 5 star....nope 4 star robin... rest were 3 stars...going to go cry now

totally regretting not resetting at the start for the at least 2 5stars...

I'm finally hitting all +10 teams in arena, yay~~.

I was trying to make my team higher overall with armored units, turned out it only helped me face more mage +10 teams. It takes a lot of feathers to get a Nino +10...

I guess that's it for me then :D.

I have just been having fun with lvling up my lower lvl characters i think im pretty capped out with my arena atm, nino 40+ (4star) oliva (4star cant remember her lvl cause its meaningless) erika 40 (5star i have tiki to replace if she ever drops out of the hero bonus) and sharena lvl 40, got robin but i dont think i need him in this team being trying to decide which my second main probably some combo of camilla, m.robin/f.robin nowi and whoever i open next so far its being azuma cause he heals

I opened the armored girl who gies other a bonus of 6 atk and 6 spd if they are also armored so i really want hector and effie to make an armored team that would be cool

Are your own armored units also +X or are their base stats simply so high that you get matched with +10s?

I have Hector who has 185 rating or something. A tome infantry is around 160-165, so with +10 they get into that range. Dancers have very low ratings as well so +10 on them is quite possible. I was expecting similar compositions to mine, but instead I got things that were borderline impossible to beat (mages with 40+ speed and 50+ attack

). I got a lot of deaths that run.

And it makes somewhat sense. At that level I'm guessing people do have a dedicated defense team, and armored units are terrible defensively.

not sure if i will lose this later on as everyone who's asleep comes online but i've been using all my flags to boost points (theres no bonus for spending more flags) and plus there seems to be a limit to the number of flags you can get, and i think it ends before the next match up so theres no point in saving flags.

After everyone uses the set amount of flags up on their runs (theres plenty of runs so everyone should be able to use all their flags) it might depend on if you have leader lucina or w/e you picked to carry you to a high rank.

i've been playing with other peoples lucina....like wtf that hero wrecks everyone. Her damage is super high, if shes the last one left you can just kite around and heal, she crushes green units obviously but does a ton to red units as well..

Yeah Lucina's amazing. Sooooooooo much better than Marth.

Also please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there like a 19% benefit to, over say, a range of 20 games, saving your flags until you have enough for the 100 multiplier? I kept doing the math and finding that it wasn't the same as spreading 5 over each. I think it's because 5 flags only increases your multiplier by 4 (it's at 1 originally). That means each flag is basically worth 0.8 if you do 5 flags, whereas it's worth 0.99 if you do 100.

Also also, when I went to bed Lucina had 0 points. Now she's 3 million ahead of Sharena

The flags matter so much, and yet it seems there is a clear limit to them, after you get the ones from quests you can only reply on the daily ones (which i think are 5 flags). How are we meant to hit 5 billion points for the total voting reward.

I don't mind, but this gauntlet thing is a bit of a weird system. You really have to play every half hour to get a good ranking, I guess?
Why not another stamina gauge of some kind?

I don't know how much the 30min/play matters all that much. With the ~70 points/win you'll make 2000 flags over the event. Betting 100 flags gives you 7000 points. It seems like a lot more depends on how many people invest their flags now vs later and how many people in your army do all the quests in time.
