An acceptable offset for Caelum of all ages: it's still hard for me to call them top tier by any stretch of the imagine, but they are much more playable as a whole after the rework. It's at best compensation for the loss of temperature scale pretender points, and gives Caelum and Ragha some more points to play with if they go that route (There are still alternate pathes for both, outside of the Ahuras and Daevas). Ragha does have it as an advantage along with many others, but the nation as a whole has some major drawbacks and competing priorities. I'd say it's fine as a whole, but balance fine-tuning does still need to occur.

![]() This is after the dragon got hit a few times; it displayed as "basic hp 125, max hp 100, dom penalty -25, current hp 172" when the battle started. What's going on here?

I think your dragon would have 100 hp in this province, but his hp was higher in the friendly province you moved from, and that hp is used in the battle.

I know you can't reveal too much information, but I am curious what is going on in the game :3 score graphs are disabled ^^ But as it looks like, the nearing end of year2 caused everyone to go for his neighbors throat.

What I'd like to see though is a comprehensive list of each nation's gimmick. The ingame descriptions can only say so much and there's no real list of which nations have non-cap bless troops, which ones *don't* have only goddamn old age mages worth hiring or even how scale- and fort-dependent each nation is. I may have missed it also but there's no breakdown of research efficiency per nation either. This game is equal parts overwhelming and fascinating. I've been mostly playing EA Caelum for now. Lightning spam!

Lightning spam! You could probably ask some players for their turnfiles, once the games are completed. Sadly, first year of the second game and the first 3 years of the first game may show nonsensical battles due to the game being patched in between, but you can still learn a lot from research, scripting, rituals and general strategy. (Of course you won't know the diplomatic deals that were made by communication outside of the game, but w/e)
