If there's a Throne province or a province that you suspect might have mages and such, attack it with a commander with the "retreat" order and positioned as far away from the enemy units as possible. If he has a province to retreat into he will survive (as long as there aren't any enemy fliers) and provide 100% accurate info in battle report.

Yes, you can. Just resend your turn as often as you like, the latest version will count. Just don't send a new turn, before you receive the confirmation email of your last mail, as llamaserver will otherwise sometimes choose the wrong file

Which reminds me: is there any way to setup battles? Except creating 200 games and hoping to find a similar province?

Oh, and about scouting reports:
Last turn the game told me there would be 20 slingers and <5 war elephants... Now it tells me 30 slingers and 20 war elephants. Uh... Luckily I didn't attack it with my beefless junkarmy...

It's a level 1. But yeah, my expansion started pretty well. Now I'm not so sure anymore how it'll continue. You can check all the thrones from the statistics menu.
