Have you seen Radish SSJ4 literally one shot every character he's been up against?

No, Uranus and Beryl are the strongest Sailor Moon characters. They're probably not god tier depending on your definition, but they're close enough that it's not worth arguing about.

CarltonBeener listed some of the top tier characters who are broken, usually have 1-shot abiliity or mass comboing skills that essentially never lose, except to each other. Some of the characters may not seem strong at all at first, then randomly use a 1-shot ability.

It's cool that you have stats, but it doesn't mean anything if you haven't seen the matches. Uranus and Beryl are most definitely stronger than Jupiter. Also, I was not arguing that they are stronger than Silversamurai, so I don't know why you pulled that stat out of your ass.
My definition of god tier is beating 96-97% of the cast. If you have a different one, that's cool, I can't stop you. Stop making it sound like there's some objective definition for these things.

there's a huge gap in understanding here. if we put rare akuma vs. uranus or beryl who would you bet real money on? lets take it down a notch and say omega tiger woods, barney, or ronald mcdonald? i'd be surprised if your tier list could even take a game off dink smallwood
there isn't subjectivity. rare akuma would beat sailor moon characters and i would put actual money on it. a character who pretty much one shots another character is an absolute win. you don't need to play fighting games to understand that.
