I'm trying to figure out what other teams i can make here besides Verdandi/Sakuya/Ra since i'm having some trouble dealing with hard descends and my combo game isn't the best so i would like to make a rows or tpa team. Perferably with a unconditional hp or rcv multiplier would be nice.
Could anyone give me some advice?

You can run YamaTake, but not seeing much besides that. Prob save and roll for Norse if you want a tanky team?

Awoken Lakshmi is pretty good. Sarasvati is practically useless.
I'd suggest running a blue row team with Blodin lead though. Certainly not the ideal leader or subs, but will give you some more clearing power than Verd.
Blodin Karin Hermes Berry Mori with AI&I friend leader.
Awoken Hermes might be a better leader choice, but I'm not sure how hard it is to match blue and red. Since you're using Karin for orb change it doesn't seem ideal.

Mori is a real nice sub as well. If you have a AI&I or Ryune it would be solid. You can actually go for NepDra if has the MP

filtered by blue rows and missed him. Definitely better than Berry or Leviathan.

He could also do something with Astaroth. He has Kushi, Leeza, Meimei, Cauchumar, and Marine Rider. Though he would have to devolve his awoken Meimei heh.

I have a max skilled hatsume as well so I was planning to use that too.
I was really tempted to make a awoken astaroth team but getting Michael and freyja would probably cost me much more considering angels as a pantheon is kind of bleh.
Unfortunately no mp but I was also aiming for a nepdra. I just need a team to farm mythical plus descends to get it and verdandi can't do it while Ra and sakuya wouldn't be consistent
Maybe I should try to sakuya through machine hera.

Will cost you a fair amount of stones probably to get through Mecha Hera.
Not that I will complain if more people get her :D I have 1 but I don't know many people who also have her so I usually just end up cooping stuff with Pandora.
Pandora would probably be the best row leader atm, though I didn't see many subs for her in your box so it would take quite the investment to make.

I would still work on building something like
sakuya/chocobo/lkali/a yomi/ d. izanami until pcgf. it's still a team that's capable of clearing a lot of stuff if you practice.
