Edit: The irony is that Colangelo, Ujiri's previous boss when he worked at Toronto, was demoted to a lower position because Ujiri took his job.

Unlike Colangelo, they might actually make good trades with Masai on board, so it'll be hard to make fun of them for stupid trades in the future. Edit: The irony is that Colangelo, Ujiri's previous boss when he worked at Toronto, was demoted to a lower position because Ujiri took his job. But who will now extend Rudy at $20+ mill a year? The Brooklyn Nets welcomed the addition of Rudy Gay to the team's roster at a press conference today... Book it.

The Bucks are going to have an interesting offseason, but they always seem to be stuck in the barely from playoffs/8th seed, and can't find talent/trade them away. It's a typical Bucks move. Drew isn't a bad coach but he isn't going to move the needle for the Bucks. That team is well and truly stuck in mediocrity, with no plan from management to pull itself out. Now watch them re-sign Monta, Jennings and Redick. It will be interesting to see how Henson and Drew get along. Henson had a massive falling out with Drew's son when both played at UNC.

Joel Anthony will step up, it's his time to shine! He will give the Heat the D it needs.

I'm amazed how Dwade has been a role player in this entire playoffs. It's been Lebron and Bosh doing the work

I seriously don't know HOW he stayed in the game when the ref had to physically restrain him for like 10 seconds. Home flavour, I'm guessing. if this was any regular season game, he's thrown out.

Question- would it be better to have Andersen ejected+no suspension, given that without him Indiana might win and take a 3-2 lead, or get him ejected and go into game 6 possibly being down 3-2? This assumes ofc that he would have had an effect on the outcome, but given how important his size/rebounding/defense has been this series I don't think it's implausible to suggest.

It would work out for the heat if that was the case. Recalling g5, although Chris Andersen did impact the game, it was mostly Haslem and Lebron going HAM.

Interesting the Nazr got tossed in the Bulls series but Birdman survived. Apples and oranges I guess.

I only saw the chest bump/shove at first but after the game I saw the full thing, and I definitely think Birdman's was worse. It was basically three things. Shoulder, shove, and then having to be restrained by the ref/not leaving in an appropriate manner. What's funny/sad is that as bad as it was that Anderson wasn't thrown out, it was even worse that they gave Hansbrough a tech.

Who gives a shit about the "push", sure that is worth MAYBE 1 game. However, the "check" before it would be flagrant 2 even in 1970...in the NFL.
