Out of curiosity, has MJ ever showed up for the lottery for either the Bobcats or Wizards? I'm guessing no given his personality.

I actually agree now that you explained why Parker and wade are so similar but in terms of physical ability I really have to disagree. Wade is a better physical specimen than Parker. I mean if you want to say Wade was PG, fine, but once he got into the lane during those early years, he could finish like a SG/SF or swingman. Traditional PG's can't do that because they either aren't 6'4 or don't have that crazy explosion going to the rim Wade had at the time.

For instance, the Heat have 3 enormously underpaid players in James, Wade, and Bosh. Because of the "max" salary, it is often that you can get a guy who is worth 2-3x what you are paying him. This is fairly similar to rookie contracts. If we are talking about traits/skills the answer would be: it depends. Like, you either are good enough to dribble it up the court or not, that is an absolute skill. If a team only has 1-2 guys who can do that you can just tire them out. Other things like rebounds can be cobbled together, whereas protecting the rim and being a great playmaker are probably harder to get from 3-4 sources because those things require high levels of prowess.

Noel could really help that team though. Weren't the best defensive team (obviously). Back court with Irving is already good.

Well, generally speaking. I certainly think the Nugs did well giving up their "dollar" for the Knicks' "quarters". But it's very subjected on what you define as a dollar and quarters. I need a drink. The type Karl has after being JaValed!!!

![]() Lebron is a dollar. But if you want to replace him you better be getting 2 silver dollars back in mint condition.
