You should watch it from the start, I think it'd be way more entertaining then.

I love the show. You mentioned something about art being made? Is this still happening?
Would love to have an image of the characters in my head.

There are some fan art pictures in this thread, probably around page 3 or so. I remember there being 2 pictures of characters, I think it's Vincent and Abigail, and the ferret as well.

Anybody interested in setting up one of these games? I've searched and searched but never find any good information on how to start playing d&d as a beginner. Anybody got any ideas? I absolutely love the show.

Vincent Longborn is a sexy God of War.

Well the easiest way is to gather some friends who wanna try. Buy the book with the rules at your local wizard shop... I mean your local rpg games shop (any decent town probably has one) then choose a Dungeon Master and you're in.

Thanks Wedde. I hope another game will be organized. I am completely new to this but I am very familiar with the concepts and I know how to play to a certain extent. Of course there are rules I am unfamiliar with.

Thanks for doing this. Especially with the 2.5 rules, enabling me to understand everything

This is sweet. I just stumbled upon this looking for some more DnD videos on youtube. This is going to be a massive time sink for me.
Edit. 2 parts in. Very funny so far. A minor thought, I hope the DM throws a little more flavour text either in town/people descriptions or battle descriptions beyond 'hit' or 'miss.'
Actually by mid-battle I feel like we're getting into the swing of things. It was a little slow start just because some players are still figuring out the game. But if it's this funny now, I think this will be most excellent by the end.

Learning by doing :-) In 2 weeks they'll be playing better, doing more roleplay and less awkward things (from a playing point of view).

+ Show Spoiler +Just wanna say... I think the party missed an opportunity. Marrrr is out-cold and about to die. Take his gold he was going to pay you, Search the wagons for valuables. Then set the wagons on fire. Go back to kill the dude sending the assassin after you. (or go to the next city whatev). People will see the dead hellhounds, accompanied by wagons turned to ashes, all the evidence supports a hell hound attack, in which the caravan people were killed/killed some hellhounds in the defense of the wagon... the only witnesses took off running as soon as the hell hounds attacked. Perfect alibi imo. Nobody would ever know the real story, and you still get paid in full, AND you can go on your business without wasting time to try to save Marrrrr.
never ever ever ever ever x100000000000000 thought I would say this but...
this totally makes me wanna play DnD -.-'' lolol

+ Show Spoiler + You are ignoring the fact that they play in a fantasy setting. There are additional ways of getting information. Of course this depends on what kind of people show interest here, but if Marr has an important enough friend, or someone important thinks that a hellhound attack is worth investigating (after all, they are hellhounds, and don't usually randomly turn up and burn caravans), a skilled mage could easily extract information from the dead.
Also, not everyone is evil.

First porn sites where you watch people in the shower, next we're watching people stream video games, now watching people stream D&D games. Next we'll be watching streams of people browsing the internet and making coffee and stuff.

Been loving this series. As someone who's always wanted to play D&D with friends but never had the opportunity to, it's surprisingly fun to watch others play. :D

So, what you're saying is if I strapped a webcam to my head and streamed my POV all day, you'd subscribe to that? hmmm
