The teaser trailer was pretty uninteresting but I have high hopes for the game considering CD Projekt Red's current level of quality. Interesting how both projects refer to fully open worlds, however. Neither Witcher games were fully open world games so it represents somewhat of a departure from that model.

And that’s not all that’s new. We are about to reveal our other project, which is much closer to being completed. And yes, it will also be a fully open-world game with an intense story. You can probably guess the game we’re talking about. ;-) On the 5th of February it will all be clear.

I found this news a lot more exciting, personally.

I do not have loyalty for any developer or publisher nowadays, but these guys haven't let me down so far. I'm very much looking forward to this and The Witcher 3.

Always loved Cyberpunk 2020, and AD Police was one of my favorite animes back in the 90s. Seems like a nice mix. Hopefully CD Projekt will be able to do the setting justice. The Witcher-series never really caught me much, because I felt it was too inhibited in its "free-roaming", and there was far too much clutter, poor camera work and wonky mechanics.

That said, I love cyberpunk. Definately my favorite sci-fi setting. Any focus on this is good.

The "date" has really bugging me for hours now. I mean, take a quick look back and see how PC gaming was in early 2000 and compare it with now.

I see all this 2014/15 date really far away and if they intend on releasing it that year people will remember this project almost as a "myth".
