EPTJust made a new city with only low wealth residences. No commercial, no industrial. It is amazing how well it works. You just put down a butload of low wealth parks. ATM at 300k poluation with over half my city still able to promote to higher density. It is really broken how you don't need to balance the three zones.

Parks will increase my land value and bring higher wealth people in. Is there a way to just get rid of medium wealth jobs without increasing the wealth of your people from low to medium? | ||
