Most importantly to me: Tex would always argue that you didn't need a great point guard to win in the NBA. 2008 Finals, they gave up the triangle in the later games because the Celtics kept picking off passes, and they switched to a pick and roll. Finally, when most of the starters were out, the triangle didn't exactly elevate the role players. I'd like to see it more, but it's not the panacea that Chuck implies. | ||
