(Vote): stacey king of the bulls god i hate both of these guys. unfortunately on league pass broadband the home team's TV stream gets played. stacey king tonight: "chris kaman is probably the third best center in the league" not a too outlandish statement when taken by itself, but when you think that it's stacey king who just said it, it probably means he thinks noah is the second best center in the league..................................... SMH He said Kaman was probably the third best center possibly moving soon/becoming a FA (like Howard), and he doesn't think Noah > Bynum or anything crazy like that.. I love listening to King due to his ability to hype. Sure, I can enjoy Hubie's commentary from time to time, but I honestly don't need a breakdown of a play each time down the floor - I can see with my own eyes, I know the basics of basketball in order to enjoy a smart/good move without it being picked apart and repeated 500 times. If you re-watch Knicks vs. Lakers you'll hear "what makes Jeremy Lin so good is that he can roll to the basket and use the pick and roll" like 1093091823091823091 times, which is fairly blatent as it is what he does 90% of the time.. I want announcers who get hyped.. or go on mad rants, like van Gundy..

I'm feeling good about this week, even though my turnovers are out of control already (David Lee is the clumsiest person on earth) On March 01 2012 04:56 Rebs wrote: Hubie isnt commentating for you, hes commentating for everyone and alot of people dont get blessed with high basketball IQ also people tend to catch games at random times. I dont see why theres anything wrong with it but I agree it can be annoying. Theres plenty of announcers who get very hyped during games and are absolutely atrocious "Too big, too strong, too fast, too good" anyone ? I get why Hubie does it, and it's great for people who are new to the game and so forth, so I'm not shooting him down for it. For me though, I know what takes place on the court, so the overly informative announcing is less attractive for me, than someone who's really excited and lets his/her feelings go. I agree that the bias some of the local announcers have is.. a tad too much, but you can't expect anything else due to them being local announcers - of course they're rooting for the home team... it probably sticks out even more if you're rooting for the opposing team (I can easily see how Stacey King is too much for people, but too me as a Bulls fan I think he's a lot of fun).

I kind of get we're they're coming from, but they still handled it attrociously as always. I guess it's hard to pass judgement when we don't know the whole story. Rose is down, writhing in pain, holding his knee. Knee on knee collision with Parker. He's walking it off now. He seems to be ok right now, but he was in a lot of pain before.
