EDIT: The Clippers look amazing. And the crazy thing is how many possessions this team wastes on both ends of the floor, even in this game. EDIT2: Ahhh..it wouldn't be a Clipper game without an offensive meltdown in the 4th quarter. EDIT3: Thank you Chris Paul T___T

EDIT: Well Ace, games like this makes me feel silly for arguing with you a few pages back about Paul being a straight all-timer. But it's just 1 game! Must temper my personal excitement. He's so good >_< If Blake becomes any sort of a player in the post or develops a shot, Chris Paul will pull him into the Hall of Fame

Looks very nice, but all the "Dunk of the Year" comments confuse me. I just don't feel "it" ![]()

I also have a hard time calling it a dunk when his fingers barely graze the rim (which doesn't move at all). Still Griffin is a freak of nature.

don't get me wrong, it's still a great dunk, but i think the one against gortat is his best dunk despite it being (properly) called a charge.

Looks very nice, but all the "Dunk of the Year" comments confuse me. I just don't feel "it" ![]() His body's really far from the basket. Usually when you dunk your arm length helps you make up some of the vertical distance; here he has to use almost all of it to just reach the basket. There's a (really big) guy pushing his body away from the basket (so he can't just jump over him/drag his legs through his face). Again, ideally you want to carry your momentum towards the basket. So the only way for this to work is to just keep going up, and hope you get up high enough to make up the lateral distance. Dunks aren't easy when: you're guarded there's a guy between you and the basket the guy walls your body out of the paint (practically) the guy doesn't let you jump over him (which is still very difficult) otherwise people would just dunk anytime they got within an arm length of the basket Most people would try a floater or be happy with the free throws. It was a lot like Lebron's dunk over Kevin Garnett in the last minute or so of one of ECF games of 2008 (what? but lebron's a choker! he can't do well with the game on the line). Or one of the most famous dunks in history, sans running around the rest of the team
