Delpan was teammates with GTR&f0rest, he is the biggest candidate imo. I dont know much about his personality though.

my problem with this is the lack of professionalism by NiP. Making a public announcement that basically puts Maike on the block is a bad idea when this could have been completely done by closed channels. The public doesn't have to know that there may be pending roster changes until any actual roster changes have been made.

i think the problem rest of NiP have with maikelele is that they want consistent stable awping from him, while maikelele's playstyle is very volatile and hit or miss

the guy also has a bad habit of missing easy shots. he does occasionally pull off crazy flickshots to compensate for it but that's not the kind of play NiP want from him

The problem with Maikelele is that they simply don't need more variance in their play. They need a krimz-like player who just always shows up consistently and can be counted on. Forest and GTR are enough of an x-factor between them to dominate games and pull off impossible rounds/halves/maps, they just need the stability around them to be put in the position to do it.

I hope NiP don't get trapped in the idea that they need an AWPer. Most AWPers are inconsistent. A strong rifler would add much more to their CT side.
