Demos are 16 tick, MM is 64 tick, and that game was probably played in a 128 tick server.

Alot of these clips ive never seen and they look stupidly suspicious lol. That KQLY clip wut, honest to god, some high ranker tell me if thats human reaction times?
Im not higher rank, but, on the video there's only 1 tick where one of them is visible in the demo, which could be potentially up to 7 ticks on a 128 tick server, which is a 0.06~ second reaction time? lol.
If we took the statistics from http://www.humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime/statistics concerning reaction times, average human reaction time is like .26 seconds (I had .242 average) so human reaction times of .06 isn't humane. Now that i actually think about it, remember that Hiko flick on GTR?
That could seriously have been hacks if we look at that reaction time on hiko
I dunno, it sucks that we're all going to be second guessing these amazing moments now, since nobodies confirmed legit now someones been caught at LAN and all these stories about "super-vip" hacks are coming from all sources. (I mean lets be honest we all knew they probably existed on some level) Only thing you can do is really crackdown at LAN's though. how else do you prevent it :<
Its hard to believe theres so much corruption going on at the top though, how many of those players being called out kept it hidden from teammates and close friends? Although, how many of them actually are doing what they're accused of, nothings confirmed yet lel.
Will be interesting to see how this all plays out, i hope most of it is bullshit tbh, could kill the scene. And like i said, DHW will be a drama shitstorm.
EDIT: see there you go, snm apparently claiming he didnt leak those player names. doesnt prove shit either way still but just gotta wait for the dust to settle on this one lol.
I know that it takes something like 0.08~ for your eyes to send what you see to your brain and something like 0.02~ for your brain to actually move your finger when you decide to do that, so the minimum humanly possible reaction time is probably somewhere around 0.1 - 0.15 This doesn't account for additional potential variables in CSGO like ping, monitor refresh rates, server lag, needing to move crosshair when reacting, etc.
Edit: I averaged 238 ms reaction out of about 20 tries, best one was 205 and slowest was 280.

Makes me go back and question all of the sick shots from the last few tournaments... Even if not all of the allegations are true, there's no way to know if any of those crazy plays were legitimate or not.
At least it's an easier problem to address at LANs than blood doping and steroids and such in traditional sports.
I think the whole thing is going a bit overboard considering there aren't any actually credible sources as far as I can tell. Match together some extremely skilled players and make them play loads of rounds and combine it with a little inaccurate demos and you're going to have some questionable looking frags.
Mostly I'm quite shocked how little control and checking LANs seem to do over customization in general. The players really shouldn't have access to anything else than the very necessities for setting up their mouse and basic config.
If you have any ideas on how to run an (unofficial) tl public server - give it to me! Temporarily, way2mash4U (he seems to be away too) has rcon (and me obv.). But i have to go to work soon. If the server will be well accepted, i'll try to give a lot of (tl) people perma rcon, hence there is permanent support.

Even I has 75ping from France where I usually have 25. Problem with hosting your own server is that you add your ping to anyone who connects in addition to their ping.

The same is true for all servers. The ones one pays for usually have lower latency to the main routers both pass through. So the server side ping is lower due to that, not due to the same thing not happening.
Why was ScreaM mad? o_O 'cause of losing to Titan?
I watched the Hiko clip. I've actually done the exact same thing once before. I pretty much just instantly reacted and 180'd + clicked without properly aiming and I ended up shooting a guy in the face. It was exactly like what Hiko did, and my crosshair even dragged wide right afterwards just like his because I panic-clicked before I even stopped to aim but got a lucky headshot. Not saying it happened here with Hiko, but it's happened with me before, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

was only half-listening, but something about KQLY taking his spot on Titan while possibly being a cheater(doubt it was strictly 'taking his spot' though)
but what the fuckkkkk wtf is gonna happen now, 2 weeks until DH
