What's op about it? The default crosshair already has a dot in the middle that always stays there. I don't know, I guess it's because you ONLY have a dot on your screen and I feel it helps a lot with aiming, not that I had terrible difficulties before, but trying it on a deathmatch I hit like 6 long range one shot AK in a row.. may be a psychological thing, thinking i'm playing with a quake railgun  | ||

edit: There are quite a few things to customize for yourself mainly sensitivity, crosshair, and keybindings. It has some cool keybindings like clicking N will cycle netgraph which itself is repositioned to the top of the screen. | ||
