At one point Liquid was leading 11-0. They blew the lead and now its 15-15. Ouch.

Hiko is 10-20. Yikes. He is a bit older, so he is probably fatigued and tired out.

Liquid being decimated hy Cloud9 on cache. Cloud9 up 14-5. Liquid is just rushing bomb sites. No executes. No trades from Liquid. I really think GBjames should be fired. He is just freeloading and taking a paycheck. He should return the money and be kicked from the team.

My tears will be dried after GBJames is fired from TL. He is a glorified hypeman. He doesn't bring any strats or set executes to the team. I can't wait until he is kicked from the team. Liquid almost waited a year to kick adren. I hope they don't wait too long to boot GBJames.

ptbl, why are you focusing on james when he clearly isnt in charge of what the team does in strategies and so on. Shouldnt you salt at Hiko, since he calls or maybe Koosta since he was underperforming?

Funny how they qualified with him for Columbus, and he was actually really good during that qualifier. :>

Well if you have no pressure whatsoever, it is easier to play your best game. adreN was already booted out, so he knew, he is only playing for his chance to go to a major event. It would not matter, if he sucked and thats why Liquid wouldnt have qualified. In the long run, I am sure it was better to boot adreN out. But he was still the best replacement they could get for the majors.

He shut all the haters up, and that's all that mattered to me.

C9 has obviously improved greatly in the past few weeks. So has Liquid, but liquid also had to play a couple grueling series against CLG between the time C9 played selfless and they played C9. I am excited for both teams though I think C9 looks a lot stronger. I think the most interesting takeaway is wtf happened to brazil?

Adren can't handle pressure. He gets to come back for an all or nothing run in the mlg qualifier where he knows he is out of the team regardless of how well he does. He plays much looser and manages to help the team out. Still doesn't make him worth keeping over a more dedicated awper. Koosta as the main awp and s1mple picking it up behind him has been really effective. Also, s1mple has turned liquid from a team who basically never won pistol rounds to a team that cant seem to lose them.

I'd hardly say anything TL does has been "very effective", though. With all those big names they've been losing a lot of games they shouldn't have. It seems to me that their odds against even mid level euro teams are pretty bad.

He can't handle the pressure? I would not think he didn't care and that there was "no pressure" during that qualifier. He just showed that he can definitely handle his own when he's not calling and when Liquid plays more loosely, that's for sure.

Also for sure is that he indeed shut out the haters and that's actually cool. No matter how bad he looked up til they removed him, I wouldn't think he was bad in every single domain, and that there were reason they kept him for so long.
