A lot of things are in the works around Path of Exile. Several are fanmade, while there are also official news. Several of the projects are in early stages, but I would like to give you a few hints. Tournaments are being held weekly at the moment and it will happen even more often after august/september, when the game enters open beta. Ladder-races are pretty fun to be part of and entertaining to follow and review. A clan has set up a good system for covering those and it is still getting incrementally improved! Another project is going on in a different part of the interweb: A wiki for Path of Exile is in the end of the alpha-stage at the moment, but it is moving pretty fast foreward. Both projects will probably be very worthwhile to visit by the start of open beta. Officially Chris, the lead producer of Path of Exile, has started a weekly preview of some of the more interesting strategies in the game. It is happening in small videos on their official Youtube-account and it is probably worth it to watch for both seasoned veterans and for player who have never played the game: week 1 week 2 | ||

They show so clearly how deep the game is compared to D3 when it comes to customization, both in builds, skills and items. | ||
