Also I can't believe the ref sent Rodwell off for that. He'd gone past Suarez and got the ball and Suarez knew that so tried to play the ref and succeeded. He's an amazing footballer, but I'm getting sick of how his constant cheating is continuing to pay off. If the referees went completely the other way, and just stopped giving fouls against him like they did with Ronaldo, I don't think anyone except for some Liverpool fans would complain.

There is always this talk of respect in the game and such, but it's rarely seen with players trying to fish cards and freekicks/penalties.

Alex Ferguson is laughing his ass off right now. He knew exactly how much of a jackass Tevez is. I don't care how good a footballer he is he'll never succeed at a top club because he's incapable of being a team player. He's only best as the "best player" in a team where he gets all the glory.

There is always this talk of respect in the game and such, but it's rarely seen with players trying to fish cards and freekicks/penalties. So if I give you a "knock" on the shin you'll jump up and role around clutching it with 1 hand while complaining to the referee with the other?

I would personally not do it no becaus i'm not a doll like so many of the top footballers today seem to be, going down to the smallest of touches, this is something that is seen many times in top tier games and Suarez didn't do more than many others do but this was a freekick, nothing more.

Watched leicester city vs derby county after eve-pool game. And there was the same situation and howard webb saw that episode and didn't whistle, allowing players to continue the game.
