Oh well, GG congrats for the title. Now I hope both make it to the finals so we can destroy them properly. Hoping for an actually 90 mins game, instead of more diving contests. Impressive.

Impressive. Mental fatigue > Physical fatigue. Care to back that up with an argument or some facts? Last time I checked people didn't get subbed because their brains were tired. Also what are you even trying to say? That Messi has the more mentally challenging role?

Hm I don't agree with this at all, I think even Messi drops and contributes more...just different opinions I guess, also keep in mind Messi has 10 more games than Ronaldo in this campaign. Hope Guardiola rests Messi for the next La Liga games, the whole team is just not the same without him in his top form.

Mascherano is just the center most in form for Barcelona, and the fastest. Considering RM play counterattack all game long, he is a must. Then between Puyol and Piqué its either's choice. Puyol gets that extra boost for playing against the old time rival, keeps his head cold and can score a header in a pinch. Pique is better at defending corners and pretty much all RM hate him with a passion.

Not really...the stats show that Ronaldo runs around 10-11km a game, Messi runs around 6-7km a game. Messi puts in bursts of effort but properly stalls a lot and just walks.

Yes I'd like to see these stats aswell please, I dont doubt Ronaldo does more running. But I think that figure is rather exaggerated.

Actually seems it is exaggerated, I just did some googling, probably came off a bit too sure of myself then lol. Yep I keep telling everyone it's not just a bit of luck they have been having, they have made some amazing choices putting together their team and Pardew has led it well. Cisse and Ba are absolutely lethal. Ba in for £0, Carroll out for £35m. That'll do.
