RM in contrast had a great day at the office, everyone playing their part and it seems they drew confidence from the chelsea game because they defended in a similar way. | ||

The solution was always to play on the counter-attack and exploit them on set-pieces. Implementing that solution was and still is monumentally difficult. Any team that wants to beat Barcelona needs a fair bit of luck (as Chelsea had in the past week). | ||

Chelsea just ran good that game. They won but how many clear chances Barcelona had and missed? Now.. the last two games between Barcelona and Madrid were kinda close with Madrid playing better both games. The game before this one was the 2nd leg of the Copa Del Rey (2-2). Now this game. Actually, today I'd say Madrid played considerably better than Barcelona. But Milan and Chelsea? Not really | ||
