I never expected LotF to be the next coming of Christ for this genre so 30 EUR seems like a much more reasonable price than the 50 it was at before.
Aaaand Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. This game... I've been on this fence for a few months now, is it worth the buy? Does anyone here have experience with it? Does it play like Star Wars: Empire at War , with the space fighting? Sins is worth your time. Its a very fun game and its one of a kind. Its not fast, but if you ever wanted to play Galactic Civ in real time, its for you.

also everyone having trouble browsing the sales, this is a much better way to see steam sales https://steamdb.info/sales/

Don't Starve is quite worth it imo. Not super a lot of content variation since it's a survival game, but it's rich enough to keep you discover more. Also if you buy the Reign of Giant DLC, I'm quite sure you will get free Don't Starve Together, which is the multiplayer DLC, in close beta testing phase now. Overall it will bring you quite a lot of game hours if you like the genre
On a side note, how is BattleBlock Theater? 90% off now on daily deal, look super retard but fun though

WTF "Evil Within" 66% off? This game was launched last month! The reviews are positive, it was made by Shinji "Resident Evil" Mikami... Looks promissing.
I'll buy it to play after Dragon Age Inquisition...which may take a while.

I will probably put a couple hundred more hours into it if the online co-op works out well.
Battle block theatre is very good playing online co-op. I haven't tried the single player much because I'd rather play it with friends. A lot of the appeal to me is coordinating and working with friends to solve the puzzles. In contrast, I enjoyed portal single player and co-op because the story was so good and the puzzles were more complex.

Just picked up the Descent trilogy... some fun times coming to me this Thanksgiving weekend :D

Both definitely worth getting though. Is there something wrong with BL1 (it kinda sounds like that to me)? I don't mind at all if it's different compared to Pre-Sequel/2

I enjoyed BL1 more than BL2. I played them as they were released. So when BL2 came out I was disappointed that they didn't fix the things I didn't like (inventory management and comparing gun strength) and didn't really add anything new. I wouldn't recommend either game if you're not playing them co-op because they're kind of repetitive. But, if you played the second with a friend and are now thinking of getting the first, I wholly support it.

I have The Binding of Isaac and the WotL expansion, and really love them. Is it worth buying Rebirth? Does it add a lot of things?

Imho, its very worth it, if only for the "out of the box" controller support, and its not using Flash. The game is much smoother, plays better, more items, more rooms and keep your attention for many, many hours.

thank you gaben for civ5 sale

Mass Effect is on sale. \o/ too bad ME3 is not included :c
|
Beyond Earth already 30% off? Guess they shoulda spent some more time on it..
EDIT: Never played Mass Effect games... are 1 and 2 worth 8.75? (I'm gonna guess the easy answer is yes) Or are they only played well with a controller?
Also, just got a 90% coupon for FaeVerse Alchemy (whatever that is) if anyone wants it.

Evil Within looks tempting, but I got RE 4, 5, and 6 sitting in my library queue waiting to be played, hmm...
