Yeah, Kerbal is basically a Space Program simulator, while FTL is a Roguelike Starship thingy. There aren't actually a lot of similarities between the two except that both play out in space.

Oh ok. So Kerbal is kind of a Tycoon game ?

Not really, best way would be to watch a couple of youtube video to find out what it is, you can watch some of Scott Manley's content if you want, he's really good. There is much more focus on simulation than space engineers, i don't play it but I think space engineers is more like minecraft in space.

Again, is SimCity 4 a game worth buying if you thought of the newest SimCity as ''So-so''? I want to either get Anno 2070 if it goes on sale or this. SimCity is much cheaper but uglier, but does the gameplay make up for it?

So in my complete silliness I didn't buy the legendary edition of Skyrim for 10 euro but just got Skyrim for 3,75e. Well even playing the game on my sister's laptop I'm feeling more and more like an idiot for not buying all the DLC. Really loving the game even on low settings, let alone on when I install it on my main comp and throw in mods.
I guess my question would be is it going to come down to 10e again during this sale? I know I won't be getting another copy of the base game, but meh.

Skyrim all included at 10€ must have a pretty high content/cost ratio ;D Definitely a must-buy.

You need to install game packages for certain core games like CS: Source, Halflife 2 etc. Just google it, there are a lot of guides out there that explain it in details.

You just need to purchase a valve game that uses the Source engine.

I don't think so.
//Omertza: City of Gangsters is free on gog for another 50 minutes. Don't know what it is about since the game page is missing, but it's free, lol.

It wishes to be a successor to Gangsters 2 but it ends up being rather bad.
But as you said, if it's free it can't hurt to have it. =P

Carmageddon 2 for $2 on GOG. Hells yes.
Hows Sim City 4? Is there like one formula that always "wins" or it is a bit more flexible and one of those things there there's multiple solutions?

Nope, it's the first one this sale I think. But there are quite good free promos from time to time. Torchlight sometime last year and Dungeon Keeper a couple month ago. Imho it's worth to abo the newletter from gog.
