Why don't u get Rising Storm / Red Orchestra 2. For me its better realistic shooter even if it's WW2 period.
Did anyone pick up DarkFall Unholy Wars, when it was for like 3.75? I did and not sure what i think hahaha. I really like the complete freedom to do whatever i want, but the ui make me cry. ( not even the setup of the ui its the size of the text and that i cant change it.)
Age of Wonders 50% off is a really good deal, its meh on diplomacy but the company continiously updates the game(its a relatively small studio). Its very heavy on tactical combat with a fantasy flair.

Point & click. It's a nice one. Better than secret files for exemple.
Got myself Don't Starve and Risk of Rain from previous days. Quite happy despite a quite underwhelming sale so far. Still waiting for Valdis Story to hit 75% or more.
Now being tempted to grab that Magicka, Brothers, and potentially Reus/Braid (depending on community's choice). Are those any great? I may wait till Xmas sale or some other sales in the future, given how many games I got on my to-finish-list

I think Magicka is great, really liked the humor and the gameplay. It's even better if you can play it with a friend. My main problem with the game was the plethora of bugs it had when it launched, but most of those issues should be fixed.

Brothers was incredibly well done if you're into that sorta thing in any way shape or form.
It's one of those games that is more about the story they're telling than anything else.

I'd go even further and say that Magicka singleplayer isn't really that much fun. One of the main points of the game is "accidentally" blowing up your friends. Multiplayer "coop" (Ooops i really didn't want to fireball there, it was supposed to be a healing ray, really!) is soooo good though.

I agree. Magicka single player is kind of hard and not that fun when you reach higher level with tougher enemy. Playing with friends is awesome though because not only when in panick mode, everyone blows everyone (no pun intended) but also when you cross some spells it explodes resulting in overkilling enemy in mass or overkilling your friends. Sometimes... both :p
Magicka is also much funnier depending of your age. Because playing with 3friends almost 30yo, we were so amazed by the reference of video games of our time (or movies and whatnot). Finding the Zelda3 sword was really funny.
Also there is couch play with controllers which is even harder to make a good spell and increase the "screw up spell that kill everyone included me and my friend" thing.
Clunky mechanic generate great outcome in MP. Not so much in SP. But if you have someone to play with (even if you play with just 1 other person) it's an instant buy. Unless you like vampires because there's none in this game.

MEtro is pretty good so far. worth it !
Which one ? 2033 is an odd game. It's bad but you like it and you don't even know why. That's called a good universe i guess. Need to finish it. It's pretty hard later on.
Fallout 3 is.... best game ever.
You seem to love post-apocalyptic stuff. What's your go to games ?

By the way, how does Magicka vanilla fare? is it worth to pick up the Collection with all the DLC?
Brothers does have a good story its just kinda short.
Magicka is a blast if you have friends to play with.
* If i remember right you do need a controller for brothers

Totally forgot, yeah!
I imagine it's horrible without one because it's... well, designed for one. And by that I mean someone actually had an awesome idea as to how to utilize a controller properly and not "It was made for console so it only works properly with a controller".
Despite that Magicka might be better to play with friends, I still think it is possible to enjoy the game alone. That'a at least what I remember it from when I was playing it alone.

but there is so much joy spending the first 20 min killing each other with lighting strike after each checkpoint.
