I think my summer buying is done (or really really should be!!) So far I've picked up (or purchased for my wife): Grid Death Rally Blood Bowl LA Noire PA: "Precipice" 3&4 Football Manager 13 Alan Wake (full pack) Deus Ex ... Just waiting for GS:GO (missed it on day 1 or 2 but wouldn't be surprised to see it again - or at some point before I've even played 1/3 of what I purchased).

So far I have gotten: Antichamber Thomas Was Alone The Walking Dead Fez Fallout: New Vegas (already have it on PS3, but I want to play it on PC with some mods and without the bugs) Killing Floor (Played a bit of it, so far it seems like a poor mans L4D2, not really enjoying it. Also came with 2 guest passes for it, pm me with your steam account if you want one.) Civ V: Gods and Kings (gifted to a friend who plays Civ V)

For reference I can run Arkham Asylum/City well enough (and of course Starcraft 2) but The Witcher 2 is a bit too slow to run well. I think the required specs are slightly above arkham, but slightly less than witcher 2. Witcher 2 recommends a quad core, while the others only dual (may be the reason witcher 2 runs slower for you)

It's such an interesting and deceptively deep game (that can be just downright silly with dice rolls ) Come join us BBers in the LiquiBowl thread, we're always looking for more people to play with!

Works okay (25-30fps) unless in some areas in Blighttown. Fuck Blighttown. I mean it's a game from 2011 made for PS3+XBox. It doesn't eat much. Whatever you do, make sure to check this page: http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Dark_Souls:_Prepare_to_Die_Edition DSfix is a must for PC, DSCfix is a must if you want to play with friends (makes co-op much easier). I wasn't able to host games until I forwarded my ports properly either.

I use Can I Run It? to check how my system matches up to game requirements, seems pretty accurate. Dark Souls worked fine for me with a 9800 GTX+ which is a pretty old card. Had some slowdown spots but that is mostly likely from Dark Souls being such a shitty port, even with dsfix I still had some frame-rate issues in some places. It also requires a gamepad to play optimally. Still, it is a steal at this price.
