I bought it a few weeks ago and didn't regret it one second. Except now that it's 12.49€ instead of the 49.99€ which I got it for... fml.

if you're not up for the 8buck version, the basic version (with 20 teams instead of 23) is 5 bucks. That's the legendary edition. Both are functionally the same and play with each other. The adv edition has a mode you'll probably not use and a pitch/map extra. Cosmetic largely except for the extra 3 teams.

Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure both games can be bought DRM free and also on sale from other sites (though maybe not at this moment). Something to consider if you care about that.

If your just one tiny bit into RPG's, I definitely recommend it to you. Just keep in mind that the combat demands are somewhat defensive style. If you grasp the concept, combat can be quite amazing.

Also buying in steam gives you cards I own them both on GOG, I wish I waited until this sale but I bought them almost a year ago.

Got it to work, I only needed to fiddle with my hosts file and complete a lengthy install and register process. Steam made me forget how tedious installing PC games was in the past, and still is, if the Ubisoft installer is anything to go by. First everything updates, then the game starts, prompting for a key. Once entered...the game closes. Because it didn't update enough before. o_O
