I actually like the LRC or APC or whatever better there. More mobile, you can load up with your squad and really do damage. Plus, based on how tight the roads are and how frequently you'll cap A only to lose C, you wanna get around places fast. If you've got two engies and you've got tow unlocked, you can maneuver around and fuck with the tank while your teammates get into position and it's donezo.
You're doing two things wrong. First- you're not on any of our friends lists. Second- We all pile into the Russian humvee, vocally refer to it as the bangbus and go around ramping into checkpoints and doing terrible thigns to our opponents.
Also: The AT Mine won't get nerfed lol. Thermal optics? No more mines.

It's amazing how different this game is if you have just ONE person on your team that you can coordinate with. I just played two quick games, one with retards that we lost by liek 100 and one with a miced up squadmember, and we cam within 10

It's so much better together. I mean.. for one thing we tend to win a lot. But mainly we work together. Instead of 4 medics or 3 engys and a sniper it's a spread out class squad and we're either goofing around or wrecking people. Once in a great while we'll join a server and get completely out matched but it's the exception.

Was playing in op metro, some guy would always find me and kill me almost instantly when i broke through enemy lines. Got incredibly suspicious (im a competent player, for me to get suspicious takes a lot). Googled his name, found a cod4 punksbusted bust for an aimbot. Found his main alias from that same punksbusted list, googled that, found a google cache of fpscheats BF3 subforums with a 'XXXX is browsing this forum' listed. Busted! I LOVE BEING E-DETECTIVE

Nah I usually play with either a few friends or a few randos from SA. I just was on for a few games now and got stuck pubbing because no one was on
I think I'm going to be getting this game for Xbox 360. Despite having played every other BF game on the computer (except BC2), it just doesn't beat playing with buds, as opposed to random Internet players or "Internet acquaintances" :/.

I give up. Battlefield 3 is now the worst game I have ever experienced. A week of trying every fix known to man and you can still only play 5 minutes before the system crashes. Every "fix" only results in a different error message when the game inevitably crashes. And this on a machine that complies with the recommended requirements. Might as well have burnt the cash or given it to a homeless guy to buy drugs. At least he would have enjoyed it!

Are you using RemoveWAT? if so change it to DAZ loader, it fixed it for me.

On that note i'm logging into the server if anyone wants to join us. I know its a bit early, but why not.
Just a pubstomp, other teams pilots weren't great otherwise I would have been shot down easily since I was flying like garbage can cause 4 AM. Still figure the newbies can learn something though so i post, and I can record better flights w/ better dogfights later on as well
I need someone to tell me how to get the quality up though. I record with dxtory (it doesnt lag my gameplay as much as streaming does and it produces a better result ^>^) and I end up with a 70 gig file so I make a mp4 file using camtasia but im not sure if that is the proper way to convert the .avi file to something that is internet ready and high quality. plz help via PM
