Really hope this is the case as well. It's how it was before the Bad Company games. Makes the Medic class a lot more helpful if I'm not completely safe after just waiting for my wound to heal for ten seconds.

So glad I bought a kick-ass system at the turn of the year.
I literally fucking came when I saw the tank demo. Crysis 2 looked awesome and I am currently loving playing through it. But you could easily tell it lost some of its ability because it had to built ground-up as a multiplatform game.
Battlefield 3, on the other hand, is hands-down the best looking game I've seen so far. In terms of animations, environments, and pure technical beauty, it really is a thing of the future.
Seriously, I feel sorry for saying this but E3 has proved to me personally that I have to let go of my dream of being a Masters level SC2 player. Mass Effect 3, Skyrim, BF3, FC3, BS: Infinite et all. One of the reasons pros do well is because they play only SC2, with that list of games, I don't think I can do that.

I guess the E3 Stream is not showing multiplayer gameplay? I don't care what people in line think about a game they haven't played yet. At least they could interview people after they demoed the game.

They showed some over the shoulder stuff. Some vet of the game said it was light years better than the Bad Company console garbage.

I have a pile of BF trash in the top of my closet. I went thru two copies, 2 computers, and every punkbuster help site/update crap i could stomach. I won't do it again. I did rather enjoy the game when it worked.

Pre-ordered the Limited Edition a second ago, my exitment can be well summed up by the fact that BF3 is the very first game I have ever pre-ordered, that much faith I'm putting into it. Though I've been loyally with the serie since 1942 and know it won't disappoint me. My eyes have not even glanced towards CoD.
Hoping that I can run it on max resolution and ideally on medium graphics, might be asking for too much though. So very tempting to upgrade my PC just for this one game.
Also Wake Island and Strike at Karkand hell yeah!!!
