Although you are right with shooting on a revealed sniper is mostly not woth it, because the sniper just kills the other. But I just mark him and take cover. Most times he will get siniped fast. I play the Recon, (not the sniper ; )) as a part of a squad in the front. This UMP (which you get for all classes on level 16) and the mobile spawning point is really good. The weapon just rocks on low to mid range you get a lot of points throgh planting the bombs and teammates spawning on your moblie spawnpoint. I really would like to play a map with vehicles and air. But the infantry only map is a lot of fun, too. What I don't like on the game is the menu: - I can't join a special squad with friends. This really bothers me. How I am suppost to play with my mates?? Even when we join a server as a group from battlelog we are in different squads. WTF - Why can't i quit the game after the round ended or even if I died. I have to wait for the next game to load/ i spawned again. I always end the game with the god ol CTRL + ALT + DEL, lol. Also does someone know what is the difference between a squad leader and a squad member? | ||

Not sure what kind of issues you're having, try tweaking your settings? I also doubt the final product will have all these issues the beta does. I think it'll be a great game with the stuff they've shown so far. Sure there are some small things I wish could be better but meh... we'll see. | ||

It's a beta ; ) I play on low graphics settings because i only have a Geforce 8800GT and it crashes maybe 1 time in 3 hours. I tried to tweak my graphic settings to play something between low and mid but the game crashed maybe all 10 minutes, lol So maybe try low quality Oh and there is a driver for the grapphic cards that helps alot. just browse the website of your manufacturer for this beta driver. | ||

I did the following to reduce the amount of crashes found this on the battlelog forum - cant find the post anymore so I'll try to remember disable UAC. - google this yo get google chrome - I hate it but it really does help >.> CCleaner - clean up everything in the register. Get the absolute latest drivers. - theres a 11.10 beta for battlefield 3 which is instable(ati/amd cards) get 11.9.I do not know the driver name for nvidia cards As always, close running background processes you dont need to play BF3 Download CPUZ http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html check your specs manufacturers name and shiz - download their latest drivers if they have any. Defrag your pc. Also - join servers by ping not quick search. It helped me stay in game longer then 10-30min crashes. played 3 hours straight the other day | ||

I didnt make preorder cuz i wanst sure if my graphic card would be enough. But after 4 days of beta tbh. im not sure about buying BF3, dont think that they will fix all bugs and other shit in 2/3 weeks. Thats just impossible. And i heard that Beta got worse graphics than official release, so not sure though how it will work on my PC ;/ | ||
