is there a drawback if your not an explorer? i re-rolled a dual blade. Will i miss out on anything?

arans with hax are rape at pvp, except i still can barely beat a pally 1v1

Do gear really matter AT ALL in PvP? Seems like the only stat that matters is Battle Mode ATT+ and I've lost straight 1v1 fights to lvl 120-130 chars which I think is plain ridiculous.

According to the Basil tier list (lol) buccs and sairs are super weak in PvP.

My experience is that your class and the map matters MUCH more than your gear or level.
On the "pink bean" map, bowmen (3rd job) and classes with similar big high damage AOE are unstoppable. On the 3-layered "temple" map, classes like evans and sins are stong with their directed spammable AOEs. The "richie" map is wildly favoured to brawlers, bandits and especially dual blades becaues they can get close and personal.
Oh - and the skill restrictions are just hopelessly imbalanced. I get resticted on my main attack skill - cause it freezes, but priests are allowed to spam their aoe stun freely.

I think warriors except aran have loads of hp (and aran can drain). So if you start getting low you can just run around picking up heals.

Drain doesn't work in pvp from what I can tell
